Aleesha Young is establishing herself as a top female bodybuilder professional in the second half of the decade. Aleesha was born into a large family that included athletes. Although her dad was an athlete Aleesha's siblings were involved in sports such as playing ice hockey. Aleesha has been involved in a variety of sports such as basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha won her pro card after winning her first NPC USA Championships in 2014. However, she began her journey in 2008. She competed in 2014 in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro where she was placed 9th. Aleesha was able to hold onto her 9th-place finish for 2015. In 2015 and 2016, Aleesha came in at sixth place in her final IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha improved and was able to achieve her first professional win when she won Chicago Pro Championships. The best WOS performance was in 2020. She finished fourth. But, the "World's most powerful mom" decided to take a break from training for medical reasons.
